Storm drain stenciling
Storm drain stenciling educates twice — first to the crew of volunteers
who do the stenciling, and second to the observers who happen upon the stenciled
message "Dump No Waste — Drains to River (or Lake, or Wetland)." In fact
some see the short life of a painted stenciled message as an advantage — every
three years you are able to educate another group of volunteers as a neighborhood
is re-stenciled! For more info about storm drain stenciling, click
